Brought up in the land of Volian, she was the daughter of the Shiran who was the second in command of the country. Her mother, Solana, was a merchant's daughter who caught the eye of the Shiran one day in the market place. Once joined they had lived the happy life together until.... The birth of their daughter who was named her Zestia.  

 

What the Shiran didn't know is, his wife had a secret that had been passed down from daughter to daughter for many centuries and would be passed down to their daughter. As their daughter grew up interesting things began to happen.  Many years had passed and one day Solana confessed to her husband of the legacy that was passed down from daughter to daughter. He became so furious with his wife he enslaved and sold her off, he never saw her again.  

 

Zestia, had heard the news of what happened to her mother and sought her out behind her father's back. You see, there is a bond between each female in the family line. During the time she would sneak out to visit her mother she began a great rapport with her mother's owner Erebus. 

 

What mother and daughter didn’t know is Erebus had gone their back and contacted the Shiran. To his surprise his beloved daughter would do such a thing. Angered the two men sat down and negotiated a contract that Zestia would become Erebus’s companion.  The Shiran loved his daughter, but she had to tamed some way and this was the only way he could think would work.

 

On the eve the Shiran told Zestia about the companionship, she was shocked and angered by what her father had done.  The Shiran had said, “It’s for your own good and you can see that filth anytime you want.” The more her father talked the more furious she became. The two of them began arguing back and forth until Zestia stormed off not wanting to hear another word.

 

Late into the evening she snuck into Erebus’s home, both she and her mother snuck out of his home while he was at a meeting. The two had never been seen in Voilan again.

 

The mystery is, where did they go…
